• Google Workspace reseller services.
• Digital Marketing: Social media management, business page creation.
• Branding and graphic design services.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are due as per the agreed-upon terms in the service agreement. Non-payment or late payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Intellectual Property

All branding, graphic design, and social media content created by Bakla Media remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of custom-designed materials will be transferred to you.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide all necessary information and access needed to perform services. You must adhere to platform policies (e.g., Google Workspace, social media platforms) when using our services. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

6. Limitations of Liability

Bakla Media will not be held responsible for:

• Downtime or interruptions caused by third-party services (e.g., Google Workspace).
• Misuse or misrepresentation of branding, designs, or social media content after delivery.

7. Termination

You may terminate your agreement with Bakla Media by providing written notice. Bakla Media reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if you violate these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms of Use

We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the changes.

9. Law Enforcement and Special Cases

We work with government and law enforcement agencies to ensure compliance with the law. If we receive a valid request from authorities, we may share information about users when we believe it’s necessary to:

• Protect our rights or property, or those of others.
• Ensure public safety or protect any individual.
• Stop any illegal or unethical activity.
